"I'm not a smart man....but I know what love is." - Forrest Gump
I grew up in Georgetown, which is a small town in southwestern Ohio near the Ohio river.
While working on my degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics at THE Ohio State University, I met the woman that changed my life (I love you Jean).
Once we both graduated, we were married on October 15, 1994. We found ourselves in Mansfield, Ohio, which is right smack between Columbus and Cleveland on I-71.
For most of my professional career I have worked in politics and government relations. In January of 2007, I answered God's call for me to work in full-time ministry as the small groups pastor at Crossroads Community Church.
I am a man in constant search of a hobby... I love to read, write, watch baseball and football (specifically the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and OSU Football - Go Bucks!). Only recently have I tried painting. A whole new world has been opened up to me and I enjoy it immensely (thank you Jackie!). I cherish time with my wife and best friend, Jean.
