Apple Cake Recipe

Dsc03198 I typically don't put recipes on my blog, since I'm not much of a cook. I'm pretty much a frozen dinner chef. But my brother's girlfriend, Natsuko, was featured recently for her apple cake recipe recently in Cin Weekly online magazine (a part of Cincinnati.com). I thought it was pretty cool, so I thought I'd post the link.
